Dear Members and Friends of the Northern California Chapter, A new fiscal year and a promising future by engaging our members in meaningful ways. At no other time has the value of organizations like CoreNet Global, and in particular the Northern California Chapter been more apparent. Our industry has been hit as hard as any in this economic downturn. Though we are beginning to see signs of improvement, business as usual will take on a whole new meaning ~ that's where we come in by providing opportunities to share knowledge and best practices and make important connections. Our Chapter's strength lays within our membership and the innovative individuals and groups leading the nation and in some cases the world in solutions for the future

Our Chapter Leadership’s recent planning retreat provided a forum for examining our value proposition, problem solving and working together to put together a year of programs and events that will address the needs of our diverse membership ~ we hope to have something for everyone beyond the benefits of CoreNet Global's programs and events. But, we need your help. If you currently serve on a committee, thank you. If you don't, or you know others who have a desire to become more connected please let us know and we will find a place of mutual benefit. We hope to leverage the talent, knowledge and connections to take our Chapter to the next level.

• We have a record year of Annual Sponsorship, 37 in total! We are strong and healthy.

• Quality Chapter Programs delivered monthly that provide content, knowledge sharing and professional development.

• The second year of quarterly programs delivered to our Sacramento Area members.

• Special Events that provide an opportunity to bring our members together to make new connections renew old friendships and nurture important relationships.

• Special programs that recognize leadership, innovation and successful careers.

• A revived Community Reinvestment Challenge that promises to give back to our communities.

• A strong and growing Young Leader group with a year of learning, connecting and having fun with a mentor program, speed networking and much more.

• CoreNet Apprentice Program to match UC Berkeley students with member companies for summer internships.

• Membership outreach, surveys and programs.

• New and improved Communications from our chapter and new website features from Global. We are all inundated with emails, so please bookmark our website and visit regularly to learn what’s new.
