This year we are experiencing constantly challenging economic conditions as the world economy attempts to recover from the GFC. Business and political confidence fluctuates on an almost monthly basis creating more challenges for professionals in the Corporate Real Estate Industry. We all have developed an understanding of global economic volatility in ways that were probably not contemplated a year ago.

The CoreNet Global Sydney Chapter Committee is continuing to assist members by providing education and thought leadership through a series of events throughout the year which are designed to assist professionals in the management of Corporate Real Estate.

We recently held a most successful Australian / New Zealand Summit on “Impact thru Innovation Down Under”. Extremely positive feedback has been received from attendees. The speakers included George Negus, Nigel Collin, Belinda Yabsley and Peter Baines who provided challenging and stimulating ideas. I encourage your feedback from this event and any suggestions and ideas for next years event.
