Join us in an engaging discussion led by two experts: Tracy Wymer, VP Workplace at Knoll and Michael Pittman, VP of Marketing and Communications at The Research Triangle Foundation of NC. Tracy will share insights from a recent publication that explores the roots of information age campus planning from Silicon Valley to Research Triangle Park, and how to improve it. SPUR, the urban research think tank and policy group in San Francisco published “Rethinking the Corporate Campus” from a multi-disciplined task force that Tracy participated in. Specific Bay Area policy recommendations will share a historical perspective, move to transit centric development, and navigate the impact as the workplace and the public realm intersect. Michael will share local examples of RTP companies like IBM and RTI, that are rethinking their corporate campuses to attract and retain talent and to create conditions more conducive to innovation.
