The Paramount Pictures Hollywood Project is a long-term plan that represents a $700 million investment in the last major studio headquartered in Hollywood. Paramount will present the Hollywood Project, a 25-year vision for the studio, to enhance its operations and invest in state-of-the-art sound stages, offices and high-tech production facilities, while preserving the studio's 100-year legacy. The project will result in $3.1 billion in new economic output annually for the region. Sharon Keyser, Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Government & Community Relations at Paramount, will provide an overview of the project and approval process. Architect Bob Hale of Rios Clementi Hale Studios will discuss the unique operational issues associated with a studio in creating the master plan's conceptual design.
