Pope has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, technology and smart building solutions, along with a passion for making a positive impact on building operations and management. Prior to joining JLL, Pope was the founder and CEO of CoR Advisors® a smart building consulting firm and leading educator to the real estate industry for the integration of technology into real estate management and operations.
 

Luis Rodriguez, Ecosystem Development Director, IoT Offering Management, IBM 

Luis' current role is within IBM's IoT offering management team. Luis is building a marketplace of buildings-related IoT Solutions and Data Exchange APIs. Luis' previous roles in IBM include Product Management and Business Development for Enterprise Asset Management and Real Estate Management, leadership of IBM's 40+ Innovation Centers, and strategy leadership roles for IT Service Management and also for Collaboration Solutions.
