One of the hottest topics in green building and property management is indoor air quality. But what does this really mean? In this month’s session, indoor environmental quality expert Louie Cheng will draw from real-world examples to highlight the real impact on every building professional from: marketability, cost savings, occupant loyalty, contractor management, health and safety, legal liability, and LEED certification.

Louie is the founder of PureLiving, China’s leading indoor environmental consulting firm specializing in advising residential and corporate clients on air and water quality, mold, asbestos and lead exposure issues. Louie will draw from his experience conducting or supervising nearly 200 environmental projects throughout China.
