In today’s business environment, real estate is a strategic asset. Given the critical nature of location decisions with short and long term implications, aligning company needs and objectives with the right location enables companies to achieve extraordinary corporate performance.

This program examines the various factors that companies consider when selecting a new location and provides two specific case studies: Keurig Green Mountain and their decision on a suburban location in Burlington and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts’ decision on their urban location in Boston’s Back Bay. Each of the panelists has various expertise in location decisions and will share their insights on how best to align company business objectives with location specific parameters.
