Cynthia’s practice involves all aspects of real estate law including leasing,financing, zoning, development, permitting, tax abatement, foreclosures and loan workouts and commercial and residential condominiums which focuses a great deal on leasing, representing landlords and tenants in complex ground, retail, office and data center leases.
Cynthia is very active in the community. She is the incoming President for CoreNet Global NE. Cynthia is a past president of New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE), was appointed by former Governor Cellucci in 1998 as a member of the Blue Ribbon Panel for Open Space Protection to help set the priorities of the Commonwealth’s Land Protection Program, was appointed by former Mayor
Menino, the Boston Redevelopment Authority and the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority to serve on the Strategic Development Study Committee for the Boston Extension Portion of the Turnpike Air Rights Development.
Cynthia has been recognized as a CoreNet Global Luminary, a Woman of FIRE by Banker & Tradesman in 2014 and Chambers USA “Leaders in their Field” lawyer for 2011, 2012 and 2013, is in the 2008 – 2014 issues of The Best Lawyers in America and is recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer for 2005 – 2013. She was also named one of “2013 Top Women of Law” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
