In his role at Philips, Joe plans and delivers comprehensive real estate solutions to the multiple business groups Philips has in North America and Latin America. His work is developing successful scenarios that balance critical requirements with corporate rightsizing and cost saving initiatives. He is passionate about creating and implementing the highest quality real estate solutions with an E-2-E lean efficiency. Joe also serves as co-chair of CoreNet’s New England Chapter Education Committee.

Suzanne directs transaction management and lease administration activities including real property acquisition/disposition, portfolio strategy implementation, development & zoning/entitlement strategies, economic incentive negotiation & property tax abatement support, M&A integration, and strategic partner/consultant management. She is responsible for a $135MM budget and a domestic leased/owned portfolio in excess of 250 locations comprised of 16M SF. Suzanne currently serves on the CoreNet Global New England Chapter Board of Directors, as well as the Executive Committee as President-Elect.


Douglas W. Noonan, PE, Vice President, Group Corporate Real Estate, Adidas Group
Doug currently serves as Vice President, Group Corporate Real Estate for the adidas Group, managing a portfolio in excess of 21,000,000 square feet of office, showroom and warehouse space in 56 countries. Prior to adidas, Doug was the Director of Real Estate and Facilities at Reebok and has previously held a number of positions at Fidelity Properties.

Karen Ellzey, Ex. Managing Director, Global Real Estate Services, CBRE
Karen is the Executive Managing Director of Global Occupier Consulting for Global Corporate Services (GCS). She is the architect and director of the CBRE Institute, the firm’s thought leadership and professional development program. In addition, Karen has supported several strategic acquisitions and integrations, and has developed new product offerings for the firm. She and her team also lead and support occupier-focused innovation, knowledge management, and research initiatives for CBRE’s GCS line of business. Karen is a past board member of CoreNet Global.
