The largest single transaction he closed was the $85.1 million sale of Anchor Centre in the Camelback Corridor. Besides serving as keynote speaker for CoreNet Global Arizona’s “Phoenix Rising,” Toci participates on specialty panels for CCIM/IREM, ICSC, and ULI’s Trends Day. He also offers market analysis and personal insights to industry publications such as AZRE magazine, Commercial Executive Magazine, and Western Real Estate Business. He has served as president of NAIOP Arizona (2008) and was a member of ULI’s 2014 programs committee. He is NAIOP Arizona’s 2014 Investment Broker of the Year.
