 Speakers

Fiona Towers
Group Manager Property and Facilities
Genesis Energy

Fiona has been involved in Property Management in both local and Central Government for the past 25 years and with Genesis Energy for the last 7 seven years.  She will talk about the opportunity the expiry of the lease of their corporate office afforded the business to re-think its accommodation needs and design a new space that could be replicated across other areas of the business.  It was a driver to carefully consider the business solution and provided a unique opportunity to make change in the way teams were working and to develop a Sense of Place. There have been very positive outcomes from the changes and these will be discussed along with the learnings.
