EVENT DESCRIPTION
Please join us to hear about PwC’s decision to relocate their Boston headquarters into the Seaport District. PwC was one of the first major firms to make the move in the middle of a robust construction boom in the Seaport District. The decision did not come without challenges, PwC’s lease was due to expire in their prior location and there was a need to redesign their workspace. There will be a discussion on the Seaport market conditions at that time and PwC’s concerns about the location. What were the workplace design efforts as they moved to a more mobile work environment and dealt with the associated change management challenges? There will also be a discussion on how things went, what worked well, what has not, and PwC will share the lessons learned.
