served as Associate Professor of Real Estate and Finance at Wichita
State University for 10 years. As Chief Economist, he is currently doing
market research to monitor how global and national trends are likely to
impact residential and commercial real estate markets.
Prior

Dotzour regularly makes presentations at national and state conventions. His audiences
include residential and commercial real estate brokers, bankers,

construction and engineering firms, CPAs, wealth managers and
foundations.
Dr. Dotzour and his wife LuAnn have been married
for 39 years. They have two children and two grandchildren. His father
was a professional golfer. He grew up on the golf course, but you
couldn’t tell it from his current 15 handicap. He and LuAnn have spent a
lot of time prowling small bookstores all over America looking for old
books about Wall Street, economic history and science fiction.
