Omar Izfar has recently joined the firm's land use practice.  Omar was previously with the City of Houston's Legal Department.

He brings a wealth of knowledge from his former position as a senior assistant city attorney for the City of Houston that he uses to assist clients in land use, real estate, and economic development matters.  Specifically, his practice focuses on guiding commercial real estate developers and builders in the development of commercial properties, obtaining entitlements through annexation, rezoning, site plans, and completion of leasing and subdivision platting transactions.  He represents clients before government administrative agencies in development, land use and government regulatory matters.

Mr. Izfar received his law degree from Rutgers-Camden School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, and his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta.

Anthony Marré is the Managing Shareholder of Wilson Cribbs + Goren, a boutique real estate law firm based in Houston, Texas. He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Marré focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions and land use matters. He counsels clients in all segments of the real estate industry, including matters relating to construction, development, leasing, debt and equity financing, acquisition, and disposition of multifamily, student-housing, retail, office, industrial, self-storage, and mixed-use projects.
