As cities evolve, centrally located buildings that once served one purpose are now located in areas that present attractive opportunities for other uses. Adaptive reuse can be a great way for developers/property owners to leverage extremely valuable plots of land and transform structures into better versions of their former selves. Whether it's an old factory being converted to ‘creative office’ space or a cannery being converted to apartments, Seattle's rapidly changing economy is creating many such opportunities to make its diverse buildings come alive in new visions.

Please join CREW and CoreNet in a joint event showcasing an esteemed panel of speakers for a look at adaptive reuse projects in Seattle on October 12, 2017 at the Motif.
