Erica Chapman serves as Head of Real Estate (Americas) for OSRAM. In this position, she leads & ordains the strategic direction of real estate activities across OSRAM's markets, including operational tools & processes, business unit & 3rd party real estate &
facilities resources.
Prior to her position with OSRAM, Erica was Vice President of Global Real Estate & Facilities for inVentiv Health and Director of Corporate Real Estate for adidas Group.
Erica is a licensed Attorney & serves on the New England Board of Directors for CoreNet Global. She also serves on the Editorial Board of the Corporate Real Estate Journal.

Mark Wartenberg, Philips
Mark Wartenberg serves as Senior Program Director of Workplace Design and Construction Projects for the Americas at Philips NA. He is responsible for planning, designing, building Philips workplace environments across the Americas, focused on the implementation of Philips Workplace Innovation program. Mark understands how to create and manage collaborative work environments, especially with distributed teams as a direct result of having led projects across North America, Latin America, Europe, China and India.
Mark was formerly a Workplace Consultant Principal at Co3 Group, Ltd where he directed all phases of client engagement, from initial contact and consultation through design and implementation of workplace changes in alignment with client objectives and
operational requirements. He also previously served as Director of Workplace Infrastructures for Sun Microsystems. As a recovering architect, Mark has recently completed a master’s program in mechanical
engineering.
