The Hartford has re-invented its workspace. The company's strategy has created The Exceptional Workplace, which will give rise to new workstations, offices, collaborations and support areas, all with enhanced technology. The hands-on Design Center allows employees to experience firsthand how their new space will support their business needs and will get them primed and ready for a totally transformed work environment.
The Hartford's Real Estate team is leading this dynamic change-management process in partnership with IT, Communications and external partners. We'll hear a presentation on The Hartford's change-management and workplace strategies and then tour the Design Center. A networking cocktail reception will follow.
