Bai Yunsong is Workplace Strategy Leader – Asia and Property Services Leader – Greater China in GE with some 20 years working experiences in FM industry, including 4-year track record of overseas facility management. Profound experiences and knowledge of facility operations, contract management, employee services, project management, strategic space planning, site selection, EHS (Environment, Health,& Safety), security,& civil engineering design, in multi-national companies including Motorola (Tianjin & Singapore), Intel, Nokia, and GE.

In 1997, Bai Yunsong switched his career from being a HVAC designer to manage facility operations and project. He managed mega manufacturing campuses in Motorola and Intel as facilities manager and corporate services functional head respectively. Post his 15 years of management experiences related to high tech manufacturing sites, Bai Yunsong worked for Nokia and GE as workplace services head of China & APAC and property services leader of Greater China respectively.

Janet Fan leads AECOM’s workplace strategic planning services in the Asia Pacific region. Her work focuses on understanding client’s business objectives, work flow, workplace performance and translating that understanding into appropriate workplace solutions.

Janet worked as an architect in China for seven years before moving to the United States to pursue her graduate education. She joined DEGW in New York in 2003 as a workplace strategist and designer. In 2010, Janet left DEGW to return to China. In 2011, she rejoined DEGW (now AECOM Strategy Plus) to establish workplace strategy services in China. With her root in China and her decade-long work experiences in the U.S, Janet is uniquely positioned to critically think about the workplace strategic planning process, as well as workplace solutions from both the western and eastern perspectives.
