SEGRO plc have created a new vibrant office for their business in Slough aligning to our vision and values .
We have gone through a transformation process to create an agile working environment which has changed the way we work with colleagues and our customers. Based on research we engaged with staff throughout the process to ensure everyone’s needs and concerns were addressed .
This was a real chance to change, to collaborate with colleagues and create a comfortable working environment for staff and visitors with first a class arrival experience reinforcing our brand and staff facilities to match. The interior design and layout made the best use of the space and has resulted in a flexible dynamic environment in which to conduct our business
Key to the success of the project was the change management process we carried out helping the transition from old to new with the least amount of fuss.
