Corporations are disrupting (innovating) their workplaces for a wide range of purposes, from better understanding their customers to attracting their primary talent pool, to reinvigorating their R&D group, and inspiring overall workforce productivity and innovation. These goals take form in workplaces that are reimagined in non-traditional ways. Today many large corporations are seeking ways for their workplaces to become more customer focused and enhance their brand identity by developing market research centers. They also want to enhance efficiency for their staff members and develop innovative cultures.

Join us as Andrea Foertsch shares her research on how corporations are being influenced by the new ways of work and continuing to innovate their own workplaces Examples will be drawn from nationwide research including: Coca Cola, State Farm Insurance’s Next Door, Zappos, State Street Bank, Constant Contact, PayPal and Red Hat.
