Over the past 3 years the Diageo facilities function has been transforming itself through creative thinking around our physical workspace to help employee engagement and run our facilities function with a commercial mindset. We took the opportunity to promote our new strategy to leverage our workplace assets i.e. our brand store, bars and meeting rooms to create brand ambassadors of everyone. We believe we have created efficiencies through design that have now started to deliver economies in operating costs. As a result more locations are planning to implemented the strategy.

Putting the bar front and centre with the brand store epitomises the Diageo Value ‘proud of what we do’ and has created a truly inspiring customer experience on the ground floor.

We are delighted to open our doors to colleagues so that we can share our story and also get feedback from you to help inform our strategies going forward. You will also have an opportunity to experience our fantastic Diageo brands.
