End User Dinner

You are invited to the inaugural 2015 End User Dinner on February 4, 2015 at 6:30pm at Café Milano in Georgetown. We are very pleased to have Cheryl Duvall, consultant, designer, author, speaker, coach, entrepreneur and founder of Avance as our moderator for the evening.  

An expert in strategic planning and the important role it plays in shaping behaviors in the workplace, Cheryl has recently published a book called Change is on the Wind: Managing Change for a New Landscape, an instructional guide about change management written in the form of a fable. She will engage discussions surrounding multi-level communications strategies to support change management efforts, including branding, internal and external messaging, and focus groups.

Cheryl holds a Masters of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design from University of Maryland. She is a past International President of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and was inducted into its College of Fellows in 1993.
