Our fourth annual joint breakfast with the Connecticut Valley chapter of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) will feature Sal Lifrieri, who served as Director of Security and Intelligence Operations for New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's Office of Emergency Management. He worked on New York City's planning and response to chemical and biological terrorism threats.
