EVENT DESCRIPTION
This event explores the unique challenges faced by real estate decision-makers in the life sciences industry. Currently experiencing exponential growth in the Greater Boston area, this panel represents biotechnology companies of all sizes. We will examine the key differences life science companies face in managing a growing real estate portfolio and numerous real estate initiatives. Topics will include the organizational differences within a biotech company, the technical nature of the built environment, and the background required for individuals to achieve success in this capacity. Understanding what's unique to life science companies is the key to developing successful real estate teams and partnerships in this demanding industry.
