Helmut T. Weih directs the Global Corporate Services business line in China based in Shanghai. He is responsible for the leadership and executive oversight of key accounts and the development of CBRE’s Occupier Service platform in Mainland China, overseeing Transaction, Project, Facility Management and Occupier Consulting.
Prior to joining CBRE, Helmut was the General Manager for Siemens Real Estate, Inc., responsible for the Real Estate service delivery to the 3 million sqm Siemens U.S. portfolio including Transaction, Project, Facility Management and Lease Administration.
Prior to joining Siemens Real Estate in 2001, Helmut was employed with GWV-AVUS GmbH for two years, representing the owner in Real Estate transactions across Germany.
Matthew Tedesco is the Managing Director of Greater China and North Asia (GCNA) for Haworth. Based in the company’s regional headquarters for the Emerging Markets in Shanghai, China, Matthew oversees sales and customer operations for Haworth throughout Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.
Matthew is responsible for the development of Haworth’s overall strategy for GCNA, including new business development, client cultivation, customer operations and satisfaction, and channel strategy.
Before joining Haworth in July of 2013, Matthew spent the last decade working for a number of top-tier B2B furniture manufacturers in North America.
Matthew has a Masters in Business Administration in Strategic Planning from Pace University and a B.S./B.A. from Syracuse University in Supply-chain Management, Marketing, and Advertising. He was born in New York and lived there prior to moving to Shanghai.
