Join TechnipFMC and members of their development team for a behind-the-scenes look at the John T. Gremp Campus at Generation Park, a finalist for ULI Houston’s 2017 Annual Development of Distinction Awards.  Come learn about the people, places and processes that influenced the creation of this mixed-use corporate campus located on 173 acres in northeast Houston.  During 2016 more than 1,200 employees moved into five buildings totaling over 1 million SF of Class A office and industrial facilities.  The morning program will culminate with a guided tour of the campus.

Ignacio Correa is director of development for McCord Development, a Houston based real estate company where he directs and implements development opportunities, assesses and underwrites potential acquisitions, performs feasibility studies and oversees McCord Development’s ongoing projects including Generation Park, the largest commercial master - planned economic center in Houston.
At McCord, Ignacio was part of the team who helped to bring TechnipFMC, one of Houston’s 26 Fortune 500 companies, to Generation Park and since has directed the planning and development of Redemption Square, a lifestyle district that will encompass over $500MM / 2MM SF of office, hospitality, retail, and civic uses.
Prior to joining McCord Development, Ignacio was a principal at Canin & Associates, an urban planning and architectural firm in Orlando, Florida, where he designed and managed diverse projects in the public and private arena throughout the U.S., Europe, Africa, South America and Caribbean. While studying in Boston, Ignacio worked at Samuels & Associates and Taurus Investment Holdings.
Ignacio holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Mendoza in Argentina, a master's degree in urban design from the University of Miami, and a master's degree in real estate from Harvard University.

Sean grew up in Sugarland TX and attended St Thomas High school. He was actively involved with the boy scouts and became an Eagle scout who worked at multiple camps in Texas. He attended the University of Texas in Austin, where he got his degree in Biology and a commission in the US Navy through the ROTC program. He became a nuclear engineer on a submarine stationed in Norfolk VA, and deployed twice to the middle east on ships. After his time on the submarine, Sean returned to Houston as a Navy recruiter to join his wife and start a family. Sean earned a Masters in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University and a Master Degree in Business Administration from U of H after returning home. He left active duty and became a Facilities manager at a manufacturing plant for GE Oil and Gas. Sean then moved to FMC Technologies and became the Houston Site Services manager for their multiple Houston locations. Eventually he added the responsibility for the transition team for the move of the SUBSEA services business to FMC Technologies Generation Park campus. As the move commenced early this year Sean deployed to the middle east as part of his navy reserve duties and returned home in October to resume his role as the Houston Site Services Manager. With the recent merger of FMC Technologies and Technip, Sean’s new role for TechnipFMC is the Regional Real Estate Manager.

Trammell Crow
Sean has been with Trammell Crow Company for 18 years in its Houston office, working in the industrial development group. He is currently a Senior Vice President of Development Management, responsible for managing all aspects of due-diligence, design and construction of speculative and built-to-suit industrial projects. Sean’s responsibilities on the generation park campus included management of TCC’s team and achieving all safety quality, delivery and cost objectives of the project.

Suzanne joined Gensler in July of 2008 and immediately travelled to join the Shanghai Tower team in China. The years since have been pretty busy - working as the Design Manager on the Halliburton and FMC Technologies Campuses, getting married, having a very busy little boy and lots of great travel. Suzanne is a graduate of Columbia College and the Graduate School of Architecture, Preservation and Planning at Columbia University in New York City. While in New York, she worked
at Koenen Associates and Skidmore, Ownings and Merrill. Her previous experience varies widely and includes clients ranging from the Brooklyn Navy Yard to Texas mega-churches.

Gensler 
With a Gensler career spanning more than three decades and a portfolio of more than 50 million square feet, Dean leads the planning and design of corporate campuses; commercial office, manufacturing and testing buildings; workplace interiors; and mixed-use developments. A highly regarded workplace performance specialist and requent speaker at industry events across the U.S., Dean leverages his unique blend of education in psychology, sociology and architecture to offer strategic real estate and design insight. He is co-author of The Commercial Real Estate Revolution. Outside of Gensler, he serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Houston Graduate School of Real Estate at Bauer College and on the Advisory Board of the Houston Maritime Museum. Dean is the past President of CoreNet/Houston and actively articipates in the Houston chapters of AIA, ULI and NAIOP.
