Continual learning and improvement are stressed as the seminar discusses ways to keep up with the evolving field of workplace strategy. The seminar culminates in a collaborative experience, the Collaboratory, in which participants apply the lessons and skills learned in all three MCR.w seminars to their real-world workplace strategy challenges. (MCR Elective, MCR.w Required, SLCR)
