Mark Kontos, SVP, CFO & Treasurer, The MITRE Corporation
Mark is responsible for ensuring MITRE's financial strength and maintaining its leadership as a preeminent manager of federally funded research and development centers. He has improved the company's ability to understand and control its cost structure and make business decisions based on financial analysis and insight. In addition, Mark oversaw the development and construction of a state-of-the-art laboratory building in Bedford, MA, and he is directing the development, construction, and financing of a fourth building at the
organization’s McLean, VA, headquarters that will consolidate its workforce onto a single campus. Mark received his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Beloit College and his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago.

Brandon Eldredge, Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Treasurer, inVentiv Health
Brandon oversees the corporate real estate portfolio for inVentiv Health, including 2 million square feet across 125 global locations. Over his three years with the health services company, he has taken on an expanded leadership role that also includes serving as the treasurer, spearheading corporate development and liaising with the financial community. Brandon graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Management with concentrations in Finance and Economics.

Paul Fitzgerald, Senior Director Real Estate & Facilities, EMC Corporation
Paul has managed EMC’s real estate and facilities for over 20 years. His responsibilities include real estate, planning, construction services, and facility operations for EMC’s North American portfolio comprised of 9 million square feet, 179 locations, and over 23,000 employees. Paul was the 2013 CoreNet Global New England Regional Corporate Real Estate Award winner.

Suzanne Cooper, MCR; Sr. Manager, Workplace Resources-Americas Real Estate, Cisco Systems, Inc.
Suzanne has been with Cisco for 14 years and directs transaction management and lease administration activities including real property acquisition/disposition, portfolio strategy implementation, development & zoning/entitlement strategies, economic incentive negotiation & property tax abatement support, M&A integration, and strategic partner/consultant management. She is responsible for a $136M budget and a domestic leased/owned portfolio in excess of 250 locations comprised of 16 million square feet. She serves on the CoreNet Global New England Chapter Board of Directors as well as the Executive Committee.
