Change Management and CRE

When:  Jan 21, 2015 from 07:30 AM to 09:30 AM (ET)
Associated with  New England
THIS EVENT IS AT CAPACITY, NO WALK-INS WILL BE PERMITTED

Corporate Real Estate executives play a key role in executing real estate decisions driven by M&A activity, new workplace programs, or major property consolidations. CRE teams traditionally focus on completing the real estate project, while “change management” receives limited attention or is not considered. Resistance to change sets in when change management issues are overlooked. It is left to the CRE staff, as the “face” of these changes, to reluctantly take on the role of the change manager.

In this seminar we will share experiences from the front lines of change, and review a road map to improve the success of the real estate project. Attendees will learn to recognize the need for change, understand the drivers of change, clearly define the future state, and more. Join us and leave with the tools to drive organizational change!
