Be ready before disaster strikes.  Join CoreNet Global Ohio Kentucky Chapter and IREM Northern Ohio Chapter for a disaster planning 5-series workshop covering topics every real estate professional should know.  Every property, regardless of size or function, should have an emergency procedures plan.  To minimize and perhaps prevent injuries to people and damage to property, having a well-designed emergency procedures plan enables property staff to be prepared before a disaster occurs.  This 5-part workshop will help assist in the construction of a disaster plan.  Every real estate professional (i.e., building owners, property managers, risk managers and maintenance personnel) will find this workshop series to be very beneficial.

Each monthly, 2-hour session will be held at  3:00pm at Park Center I on Oak Tree Blvd. in Independence.  Topics include:

  • January 8—Fire Safety
  • February 12—Flood
  • March 12—Black Out/Bomb/Active Shooter
  • April 9—Tornado Preparedness
  • May 14—Business Continuity Planning

Enroll in one or multiple sessions in the series.  Discounts are available if you enroll in three or more sessions.  What you can expect to learn:

  • How to develop and implement emergency procedures at the properties you manage
  • How to reduce the risk of loss from a disaster
  • How to protect your residents/tenants and owners when a disaster strikes
