TOUR OF THE RECENTLY COMPLETED TRADEME WELLINGTON OFFICE

You are invited to join us on a tour of the innovative and quirky office accommodation for Trademe in the recently completed Market Lane office building Wellington.

The Trademe site is a unique example of innovation in fitout; engagement with staff on finishes and layout; and a reflection of corporate culture into the working environment.    
                
Come and hear from the key people involved and dare to try one of the indoor slides!

Assemble  between 5.00pm to 5.15pm  for a 5.30pm kick off on the southern side of the building (entrance is behind the temporary wooden slatted external lobby).

SARAH HARD
Trademe, Wellington Company Sercretary

Sarah Hard is Trade Me’s Company Secretary and leads the Legal & Regulatory and Communications & Community teams.

She came to Trade Me from Fairfax Media, where she dealt with a range of legal issues including those around leased and owned property, and she has held legal roles at NZTE and Independent Newspapers Limited.  She is interested in property generally and particularly in developments in office environments.

She became involved in the Market Lane project in August 2013 when Mike O’Donnell (MOD) moved into a new role at Trade Me and ran out of available hours.




Max Herriot
Herriot + Melhuish
Architecture (HMA), Wellington, Director 
 Max Herriot is a founding director of Herriot + Melhuish Architecture.  Prior to HMA, Max had his own business, Max Herriot Design.

From 1984-1988, he worked for a London based practice, Michael Aukett Associates.

Max has a broad experience across a range of building types including commercial building refurbishments, hospitality projects, commercial fit outs, and more recently larger scale commercial campus projects including the Vogel Integrated Campus and the Bowen Integrated Campus.
