Prior to this Karen spent 11 years working for dual listed FTSE/NYSE National Grid plc in the UK, the last 5 of which as the international energy company’s UK General Counsel and Company Secretary.Karen is an English qualified solicitor and prior to moving in-house worked as a commercial litigator in top tier law firms in both the UK and Australia.
Felicity EvansGeneral Manager, Talent and CultureANZ
Felicity is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies, programs and policies to support the employment and development of ANZ’s 9,000 employees in New Zealand and Pacific. She is also responsible for ensuring ANZ has the right people and capabilities to support ANZ’s business performance and contributes to ANZ’s global HR strategy. She was instrumental in achieving ANZ NZ’s zero percent pay gap and is aiming for a 50/50 representation of women in leadership across the Bank.Felicity is an advocate for Women in Leadership in New Zealand and is a member of Global Women NZ.
