Jane Holland is a partner in the Bell Gully property team and advises on all property-related matters, specialising in commercial leasing and development projects. She is a member of Global Women and will facilitate the panel discussion.

Steve Evans
Chief Executive- Residential & Land Development

Steve leads the Fletcher Residential & Land Development division, including the Fletcher Living residential delivery business, as well as all property assets owned by Fletcher Building globally. He provides strategic oversight for the team and will ultimately be responsible for meeting the development objectives of the Fletcher Building business.
 
Steve has extensive experience
with property, including residential housing developments.  He has been with Fletcher for almost three years, overseeing a 5 fold increase in profits for the division.
 

Karen Clayton

Karen is a senior executive who joined Air New Zealand as its General Counsel and Company Secretary in December 2016 following 18 months as Mercury NZ Limited’s General Counsel.  Prior to this Karen spent 11 years working for dual listed FTSE/NYSE National Grid plc in the UK, the last 5 of which as the international energy company’s UK General Counsel and Company Secretary.

Karen is an English qualified solicitor and prior to moving in-house worked as a commercial litigator in top tier law firms in both the UK and Australia. 

Felicity Evans
General Manager, Talent and Culture
ANZ


Felicity is responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies, programs and policies to support the employment and development of ANZ’s 9,000 employees in New Zealand and Pacific. She is also responsible for ensuring ANZ has the right people and capabilities to support ANZ’s business performance and contributes to ANZ’s global HR strategy. She was instrumental in achieving ANZ NZ’s zero percent pay gap and is aiming for a 50/50 representation of women in leadership across the Bank.

Felicity is an advocate for Women in Leadership in New Zealand and is a member of Global Women NZ.
