You’re off to a networking event. You know there will be opportunities to meet new people there, but you’re not sure how to work the room. How do you take full advantage of the opportunity to network at this event? How do you approach people you don’t know and make a good impression?
Join us as three CRE super-networkers share their networking tips. We’ll hear from Aurora Cammarata of Timberline Construction Corp., Tim Myllykangas of Cresa Boston, and Karen Van Winkle of Creative Office Pavilion.
Aurora Cammarata has spent her career developing new client relationships and project opportunities with a mission to create and maintain positive long-term business relationships. As a member of Timberline's senior management team, she is influential in the implementation of the company's overall business strategies as well as its business development, marketing and communications initiatives. Aurora’s authentic talent, positive attitude, and passion for the A/E/C industry and the clients she serves have earned her a positive reputation as an exceptional communicator, collaborator, and attentive service provider.
Tim Myllykangas founded Cresa’s Location Planning practice, advising corporations on improving labor quality while reducing labor and business costs. In his role as Managing Principal, Tim develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients and vendors, which is vital to Cresa’s success. Tim advises executives with complex national and global portfolios regarding Location Planning Strategies and Workforce Footprint Optimization; his clients include several Fortune 500 companies.
