EVENT DESCRIPTION
The value of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) in the U.S. through June 2017 totaled $42B, a 49% increase compared to 2016. Massachusetts itself has been jumping by 15 percent year-over-year, with deal value sky rocketing by an even larger amount.
In this complex environment, it is easy for real estate to take a back seat to analysis of consideration such as…what is the best strategy for integrating the real estate portfolios?
Nothing is more critical to the success of an M&A initiative than a firm grasp on the portfolios involved and how they can be optimized in the new organization.
Our panel of CRE professionals will discuss how they developed and executed effective real estate strategies to best achieve desired objectives for their business transformations.
