As a business agility coach and consultant, Pat Arcady, Ed.D., helps companies cultivate high performing teams focused on delivering great value to customers while saving time and money. Pat integrates core principles of business agility + the neuroscience of leadership into her Results System coaching with teams. Her blend of frameworks and activities-based learning lead to higher productivity by increasing alignment on goals, improving collaboration, and promoting innovation.
Pat earned her doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Memphis in Tennessee, an MS from Miami of Ohio, and a BA from Marian University in Indianapolis, IN.
