Rick Rundell, Technology and Innovation Strategist, Senior Director, Autodesk
Rick Rundell is a Technology and Innovation Strategist and Senior Director at Autodesk, where his roles have included launching and evangelizing building information modeling (BIM), introducing conceptual building design and simulation tools, and creating and launching cloud and mobile applications for construction. Rick joined Autodesk in 2002 with the acquisition of Revit Technology Corporation, where he was director of product marketing. Rick created and leads the Boston-area Innovation Engagement program, which includes Autodesk Startups-in-Residence (STIR)—an incubator offering free space and support to selected startups—and is now leading the Autodesk BUILD Space, a 34,000 sf innovation lab and workshop for research in digital fabrication methods in the building industry in Boston's Seaport Innovation District. Rick is an experienced, registered architect as well as a high-tech executive. In practice, Rick contributed to the design and management of projects in healthcare, biomedical research, and science teaching and research on prominent campuses across the northeastern US.

Phil Kirschner, Director of Workplace Strategy, WeWork
Phil Kirschner is the Director of Workplace Strategy for WeWork, where he is committed to making WeWork the strategy of choice for enterprises that must provide high performance workplaces for their employees and investors. In this role, Kirschner is integrating workplace strategy and change management best practices throughout the WeWork lifecycle. Given his technology background and 15 years of experience leading and advising strategic change initiatives, Kirschner brings an innovative new perspective to WeWork and its growing member base. Mr. Kirschner joined WeWork from JLL, where he was a Senior Vice President in the Workplace Strategy practice. Before this, Kirschner served as the Americas Head of Workplace Strategy for Credit Suisse, where he developed global space standards, including the award-winning “Smart Working” mobility program. Kirschner is a frequent speaker at industry events, and has been quoted as a workplace expert in numerous publications about coworking and the future of work.
Sarah Morin, General Manager, CIC Cambridge & CIC Boston
Sarah Morin is the General Manager of CIC Cambridge and CIC Boston. As the leader of CIC's Massachusetts campus, including its Kendall Square flagship, Sarah is focused on ensuring the vitality of CIC's largest sites and cultivating high-quality facilities and dynamic communities for innovators. Sarah thrives on developing happy, effective team members; building meaningful, beneficial relationships; and growing an organization that has an impact. She is currently working on building new types of partnerships and programming to enhance the innovation ecosystem in downtown Boston, and experimenting with creative models for revenue generation and community building. Sarah joined the CIC team in 2012 and was previously the Director of Sales.
Martin Coonen, Director of Transactions, Royal Philips
Martin Coonen is the Director of Transactions for the Philips CRE team in Andover (MA). He is responsible for all transactions in Philips’ CRE portfolio in The Americas and lease administration. Prior to moving to the U.S. in 2015, Mr. Coonen was with Philips in Amsterdam HQ working in EMEA. Prior to Philips, Martin was a consultant with DTZ and KPMG. Mr. Coonen holds a MSc in Real Estate from the University in Delft and is a Member of RICS. Martin is a graduate of the First Leadership 2.0 program of CoreNet and an active member of IAMC.
