A passionate believer in the power of teamwork and collaboration to elevate design outcomes, Fred Kramer stresses the importance of client-centered process, communication, investigation, and inquiry in his role as the Vice President of Commercial U.S. in Stantec. Prior to joining Stantec, Fred was the long-time President of ADD Inc for 15 years, a multidisciplinary architecture, interior design, and branding firm with offices in Boston and Miami. Fred’s focus on diversifying markets and services created a well-balanced multidisciplinary practice, and his mentorship of young designers and mid-career professionals cultivated the next generation of design and management leaders.
