Bell Gully partner, Jane Holland has many years of experience in commercial property work. She acts for a number of major corporates in New Zealand.
 
Jane specialises in commercial leasing and development agreements and is the author of the New Zealand Property Council Office Lease. Jane regularly presents seminars on various property topics, with a focus on leasing issues.

Bernard is  Head of Facilities Management for ASB Bank.

With over 30 years’ experience, Bernard is responsible for all FM activities for ASB’s Corporate Office and Retail Branch network. More recently, Bernard has rapidly mobilised internal and external recourse to review, assess and establish asbestos management activities covering all ASB’s physical locations
