Tour: Cleveland Children's Museum

CoreNet Global and IFMA join together for a special Grand Opening tour of the Cleveland Children’s Museum.

In December 2014, the Museum purchased the historic Stager-Beckwith mansion in Cleveland’s Midtown neighborhood for its first permanent home in its history. Due to its lease not being renewed at its current location, the Museum closed its University Circle facility on Sunday, January 3, 2016. Since then, a major $10 million renovation and revitalization has been underway at the Beckwith Mansion. That renovation is now complete and the Museum will soon open its doors to visitors for the first time in just over a year. Be one of the very first to tour this creative transformation that maintained the historical integrity of the structure, while transforming the interior into a safe, educational and cultural learning environment.  This new space features 12,000 square feet of brightly-lit exhibit spaces designed to develop 21st century skills: creativity, problem solving, communication and collaboration.

Following the tour, plan to gather at the nearby Siam Café in Chinatown for refreshments and networking.
