Gear up for the Global Summit in Seattle with this cross-regional live feed featuring two Seattle occupiers. We'll link up with the Washington Chapter for a panel presentation featuring the Kaiser Permanente/ Group Health Project Team.

Mergers and Acquisitions activity has steadily increased over the past several years. In the overall success of integration, real estate significantly impacts the financial, political, and cultural components of all organizations involved.

Terry Wood, Vice President, Real Estate at Kaiser Permanente will lead his project team on a panel to share real life examples from the recent acquisition of Group Health in Washington. The panel will represent a multifaceted view of the local real estate portfolio (Terry Wood, Robyn Munson project manager with CBRE, & architecture and design firm Collins Woerman) including their new campus in Kent, WA along with a downtown location. The team will answer questions related to best practices and proven frameworks for analyzing real estate opportunities and risks, addressing business and operating decisions, and engaging the right resources, all while keeping the big picture in mind.
