Within the current landscape of innovation in corporate real estate, Microsoft’s Real Estate and Facilities and its partners are deploying new ideas and programs at their Redmond campus with tremendous impact for their employees and the community. Among them, Microsoft’s efforts to improve accessibility and inclusivity in their buildings and workforce are raising the bar with respect to their overall mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.

At the January luncheon, hear from members from Microsoft’s Real Estate and Facilities team as they discuss two elements of their accessibility initiatives: Accessible Design in the built-environment and the Supported Employment program, which creates job opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Practice leaders Martha Clarkson and Brian Collins will be joined by partners from CBRE and PROVAIL in a panel conversation as informative as it is inspiring.
