Chapter Forum : Agile working = productivity

When:  Jul 16, 2013 from 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM (ET)
Associated with  Melbourne

Stephen Minnett will guide us through the historical context of agile working and why businesses are looking at productivity-focused workplace models.

He will also provide a definition of the workstyle and describe some of its manifestations, including the flavour of the month – activity based working (ABW).

Importantly, Stephen will discuss how agile work is supported by appropriate HR and IT strategies in the transition to agility and substantiate this with case studies.
