CoreNet Sydney Chapter and the CoreNet Workplace Community invite you to attend a Master Class in Workplace Change Management. The Master Class is designed to bring together workplace executives to discuss and debate the opportunities and challenges associated with the introduction of new workplace environments, with the discussion being lead by four leading practitioners.

The Master Class will address the theory and application of workplace change management principles in a format designed to be interactive, and participants will be encouraged to share their own experiences in group discussion.

The Master class will provide participants with:

  • real life experience in the introduction and management of innovative workplace environments;
  • the options for change management strategies to suit particular projects;
  • answers to your questions with concrete examples, including facilitated experience-sharing with other Master Class participants; and
  • experienced change agents who understand the impact of change and workspace design on business productivity and how that can be translated for end users.
The Master class will be facilitated by Chris Alcock from Space Logic, a leading exponent of workplace change in Australia, and the current Operational Lead of the CoreNet Workplace Community in Australia and New Zealand.
