I
believe Change (with a big "C") is essential to our personal,
business and societal growth, as I’ve written in this month’s Industry Tracker Member Viewpoint. And although we have deep convictions that it is difficult, "Change" has a critical role right now in where we are headed as an industry and as a society. We need to push past this perceived difficulty to figure out ways to embrace and lead change.
It’s a big subject and my piece only cracks open the door.
