George Hining - Director of Business Development - MHA Works Architecture

Other than his time spent at Appalachian State University, where he graduated with concentrations in Business Marketing and Business Management, George Hining has been a resident of the triangle area for almost 30 years and calls Durham home. George joined the MHAworks’ team in early 2009 as Director of Marketing and Business Development. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities from media development to client relations. George enjoys the challenges associated with his position and strives to find creative and practical solutions to unique marketing issues. He is a graduate of Leadership Durham and currently sits on the Durham Workforce Development Board and the Small Business Council. When he’s not on the clock, you will usually find George golfing or enjoying time with his wife Julie, a labor and delivery nurse, and his two daughters Corinne and Ellie.

 

 

Ana Marshall - Workplace Identity Specialist - Red Hat

Ana Marshall has called Raleigh, North Carolina home for the majority of her life.  She studied Interior Design and Business Administration at ECU and began her career in Charlotte as a project manager with Carolina Business Interiors.  Ana's passion for workplace design and building relationships with people brought her to Red Hat in 2014.  Ana currently serves as a Workplace Indentity Specialist at Red Hat focusing on global standards and innovative workplace strategies that are reflective and unique to the Red Hat culture.  She is the Program Manager for "Work Your Way," the Red Hat mobility program, and is currently focused on scaling the program globally.  In her free time, Ana loves traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.

 

 

 

Caitlin Shelby - Vice President of Development - Wood Partners

Caitlin Shelby is Vice President of Development at Wood Partners where she manages the sourcing, financing and development of multifamily communities in eastern North Carolina and Virginia.  Prior to joining Wood Partners, Caitlin was a Development Project Manager in the Washington, DC office of Boston Properties, where she managed over 1.4 million square feet of office development projects.  Caitlin began her career working in corporate finance and project management at the New York City Economic Development Corporation during Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s administration.  Caitlin received her MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, and her BS in Business Administration from Fordham University. She is a member of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Leonard W. Wood Center for Real Estate Studies Advisory Board, Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Regional Initiative Council, and Urban Land Institute Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee

 

 

 

Matt Wall - Project Manager - DPR Construction

Matt Wall is a Project Manager with DPR Construction. While at DPR, he has led the efforts in building over 350,000SF of class A office space since 2014. Prior to DPR, Matt spent nearly a decade with Duke Realty building and developing space from 1,500SF Tenant Spaces to over 360,000SF Full Campus Developments. Matt is local to the Raleigh area, originally from Hillsboroughm North Carolina, and graduated with a BS in Construction Management from Western Carolina University. In his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and is a passionate UNC Tarheel Fan.
