Taylor Bredow – Assistant Project Manager – Balfour Beatty Construction
Taylor Bredow is an Assistant Project Manager with Balfour Beatty Construction and has been a part of the Balfour team for the last six and a half years. Balfour Beatty is a U.S. subsidiary of London-based Balfour Beatty and has been an industry leader for more than 80 years. Within Balfour, Taylor works with the corporate construction project management team where the local branch competes in multiple sectors of construction including education and institutional, corporate, healthcare, and mission critical from small to large project sizes. Taylor hails from Dallas but transplanted to the East coast to attend Clemson University – recent National Champions! – where he graduated with a Construction Management degree in 2010. Taylor is an avid potter, enjoys recreational sports and miscellaneous home repairs and upgrades.
Max Gebhart – Account Executive – Network Cabling Systems
Max Gebhart is an Account Executive with Network Cabling Systems and has been a part of the sales team for the past two years. Network Cabling Systems is a regional communications service contractor specializing in Voice and Data cabling. Max specializes in the installation and implementation of technology infrastructure for commercial up-fits and new construction. Before joining the NCS team, Max worked in corporate inventory and logistics for Wesco Supply Chain. Max moved to Charlotte from Ocean City, Maryland and received his Management and Finance degree from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. Max is a soccer enthusiast, golf aficionado and highly interested in leadership development.
Zach Simpson – Assistant Director – Savills Studley
Zach Simpson is an Assistant Director at Savills Studley, where he joined the brokerage team in early 2016. Savills Studley is a leading commercial real estate firm – with locations nationally and globally – specializing in tenant representation, but also offers other platforms including project management, capital markets, workplace strategy and corporate services. Before joining Savills Studley, Zach worked in project management and business development within the commercial real estate industry. Zach was born and raised in Charlotte and attended Appalachian State University where he graduated in 2011 with a degree in Building Sciences and Finances. In his free time, Zach enjoys hunting, snowboarding, and golfing.
