Brian is the Global Director of Real Estate and Facilities for Babcock & Wilcox where he oversee their 5 million SF portfolio. Prior to joining B&W, Brian was the Director of Corporate Services for Chiquita and was responsible for overseeing the build out of the Chiquita Headquarters buildings in Charlotte when they moved to town and also in Ft.
