Measuring human performance at work and convincing senior stakeholders of its importance has been traditionally been based more on belief than science, and investment in workplace transformations are still more often weighted towards real estate reduction than workplace quality.
As we become increasingly conscious of our health (both physical and mental) alongside advances in technology, this is starting to change and we are seeing increasing research proving the link between the environments we work in and the quality of our work.
This event will explore this evidence from three perspectives; bio-medical, neuroscience and environmental psychology, and provide attendees with a framework for understanding human performance at work.Speakers:Nick White, LearnAdaptBuild (Bio-medical)Josh Artus, Centric Labs (Neuroscience)Dr Kerstin Sailer & Ros Pomeroy, Brainybirdz (Behaviour)Moderator: Tom Flatau
