Drivers for Change: Health & Wellbeing, Tenant Landlord Collaboration

When:  Jul 2, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 10:15 AM (GMT)

Discussion on Health & Wellbeing often hinges on popular trend issues or themes adopted by organisations either side of the Landlord and Occupier divide.
Landlords and Occupiers share the same objectives to create and operate healthy productive workplaces that allow occupants and organisations alike to thrive.
Yet recent BCO Research suggests that these shared objectives and drivers are not enough overcome the barriers to Health & Wellbeing and that a little ‘TLC’ (Tenant Landlord Collaboration) is required.

This breakfast roundtable event, kindly hosted by HB Reavis, will bring together a number of the leading landlord, developer and occupier organisations from across the CoreNet Global UK network to explore strategies that both landlord and tenant can exploit together to succeed.

Speakers and Key Participants include:
Steven Skinner, UK CEO, HB Reavis

Will Esplen, Managing Director, Global Real Estate and Workplace Strategy, Deloitte
James Pellatt, Director of Workplace & Innovation, Great Portland Estates
