Mike FransenCOOParkway
Mike joined Parkway in 2006 and is currently responsible for Parkway's Houston operation. In this capacity, he oversees the day-to-day property management, construction management, leasing, and budgeting. Prior to Parkway, Mike spent five years serving in the US Army where he worked in finance with assignments in Kosovo and with the Defense Intelligence Agency. He received a Master of Business Administration from Yale University's School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from West Point.
Mike grew up in Oregon and has lived in various parts of the United States in addition to spending time abroad. This exposure to a variety of cultures has helped to foster a keen curiosity about human interactions that he applies daily to the ever fluid world of commercial real estate. Away from the office, Mike loves spending time with his wife and two daughters and anything active and outdoors.
